Honestly, just the customer service alone would have won me over. But the customer service combined with the food AND the ambiance/aesthetic? Phenomenal. They’re so nice, and patient (a plus when you’re indecisive and basically ask them for their suggestions to be your entire order). The fries? Amazing. I’d eat them every day and still crave them. We ordered a steak and cheese and it was gone so quickly I didn’t even get to take a picture. If I didn’t live an hour away, they’d without a doubt see me more often.

Was craving some wings and saw a variety of yummy take out options and got: BUFFALO WINGS The Buffalo flavor and spice level is on point! Nice vinegary flavor and just a little spice to make each bite delicious. Would definitely recommend asking for extra sauce on these to make them even more tasty. LEMON PEPPER PARMESAN WINGS I love lemon and these were a little disappointing. Could’ve used more lemon juice and Parmesan for more flavor and tang. These were just okay. Definitely has room for improvement though! GREEK SALAD The salad was super fresh, made of fresh greens, red onions, kalamata olives, crumbled feta, and peperoncini. Classic Greek done right, feta was delicious, fresh without any weird barnyard smell that feta has sometimes. SUMMER SALAD The salad was super fresh, but the poppy seed dressing is what made this salad epic! Made of fresh greens, strawberries, toasted almonds, and dried cranberries the poppy seed dressing has a slight sweetness to it. It’s SO good, goes with the fresh tastiness of the strawberries PERFECTLY. Would get extra dressing next time. Love it! Food is always made fresh to order. And ready within 25-30 minutes. And the service is fast and friendly. The place has a nice, chill vibe to it. Highly recommend coming here for their tasty, family friendly menu options!

Very disappointed with recent changes. Before the changeover we were regulars in getting delivery and it was our go to when we wanted to get quality food for takeout that didn’t always feel too big or indulgent. Great ingredients and options. I was excited for the menu change with some additions to the menu especially the appetizers but we have been very disappointed. Quality overall has gone down. We also have consistently received mistakes in our delivery orders (ordered chicken parm pasta and got the sandwich, ordered chicken on salad but didn’t get it, ordered chicken salad wrap and got crispy chicken). Tonight they were supposed to bring the correct sandwich back to me and I basically gave up on it coming after over an hour. Eventually a very nice young man came 2 hours later with it and said it had been sitting out for an hour and on his way out was told to drop it off to us. In the first few weeks we were very patient and understanding but now we are becoming disappointed and discouraged that we are losing our previously beloved location! I really hope it improves.

Up until today we ordered from here every Friday night. Same order same way. Today there app screwed up, not us considering I ordered from our recent history, and sent me a pizza without cheese. When I called to ask about it the restaurant rudely told me that it was and online order and that I’m stuck with it. I’ve spent over $500 dollars with this place and never complained once no matter how badly the pizza was cooked, but they can’t make it right on one order being 2 minutes up the road. Customer lost for good.

This place was great until recently, we would get sandwiches from here every few weeks. Now they've redid the menu a few weeks ago and removed most of the good sandwiches (and got rid of half the vegetarian sandwich options) They also no longer serve pasta salad with the sandwiches (price is the same though) and no longer carry a few bred choices, now it's a wrap or a sub roll (last time I ordered they didn't have sub rolls and refused to make some sandwiches as a wrap). Idk if this is new management or what changed but I don't think I'll be back for another sandwich. Pizza was good when I did order it long ago but who knows if that's changed too.

I will not order from them again. Ordered chicken parm today and some how during check out buffalo chicken got added to it which is disgusting. I called and they told me it was my mistake and would not replace. I honestly feel this was a system error or something because I definitely didn’t select this and used a recent order. Either way their food is sub par. I’ve received their chicken and many times it looked like it had been reheated multiple times. The salad greens in past have been wilted. All these times, I never complained and sometimes threw away the majority of the food. Their prices are also extremely expensive for a lunch shop and the food quality. I could spend 20 dollars at nicer restaurants and get way better quality food this place was just move convenient. FYI Customer loyalty is what keeps you in business.

Something great is happening in stone loven canton. I wonder if there is a new management there or something. Can someone confirm? We've been ordering from the canton branch for 10 years now and all of a sudden: 1. The delivery was much quicker (30 minutes compared to 90 minutes or more) 2. The pizza boxes had a sticker with our details. 3. The pizza crust didn't have those burnt crumbles you usually get from a stone that was not cleaned often enough. 4. The food is tastier! Whatever you have done in the canton branch - congratulations!
